Please let us know if you'd like to only have sandwiches, or a mix of sandwiches and stand alone meats.
One brisket averages 15 pounds and should feed 16 - 20.
One smoked pork shoulder averages 8 pounds and should feed 16 - 20 people.
Two Racks of ribs should feed 8 - 10 people.
2 Chickens should feed 8 people (basing on a quarter chicken per person but we all know that guy that 1 chicken feeds one person).
